Slightly Retro

A typical 1968 split with a huge brick fireplace sitting in the middle of the house, cut up rooms that made no sense and a tiny master bath. An open floor plan is a must for this family! The fireplace was removed from the roof to the basement, creating a huge open kitchen and living area. We raised the low ceilings to make them cathedral style. The kitchen boasts 2 islands, a walk-in pantry and a complete suite of Meile appliances. The over-sized barn door closes off the entertainment room and dining room which shares a double-sided fireplace with the living room. Welcome to the 21st Century!
